Eastbrook Boot Camp

An event every week that begins at 3:15 pm on Thursday, repeating until 30th April 2020
Circuit training is a combination of various exercises, with short rest periods between them.
Each exercise has a set number of repetitions or a prescribed amount of time. The circuit is completed when all of the chosen exercises have been completed. Multiple circuits can be performed in one training session, improving various cardio, stamina and muscles in a fun and exciting way. It can be built up over time to suit the user’s needs.
